1. What is VapeYoo?
VapeYoo is a curated platform that combines in-depth knowledge with carefully selected vaping products. We focus on educating our community about the technology and principles behind the experience, while offering reliable equipment that meets our standards for design and performance.
2. Who can purchase from VapeYoo?
You must be of legal smoking/vaping age in your jurisdiction to purchase from our site. For deliveries within the United States, federal law requires the recipient to be 21+ for age verification upon delivery.
3. Are there location-based restrictions on what I can order?
Yes. Due to evolving state and local laws, sales of certain products are restricted in specific areas.
- All Vape Products: Sales are restricted in states including Arkansas, Maine, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, and cities like San Francisco and Anchorage. This list is not exhaustive.
- Flavored E-Liquids: Sales are restricted in states including New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and cities like Chicago and Washington D.C.
Restrictions can change and vary by product category. If your location has restrictions, items will be removed from your cart at checkout.
4. Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally. If your country is not listed during checkout, we are unable to accept your order at this time.
5. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
- We pride ourselves on fast processing, with most orders leaving our facility in less than 24 hours.
- During peak periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on business days typically ship the same day.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
- You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placement if it has not yet entered processing.
- After 1 hour, please contact us immediately; cancellation is not guaranteed.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Address changes after shipping are not guaranteed. We will attempt to accommodate requests for orders not yet tracked, but cannot promise adjustments.
7. What shipping methods do you offer?
We partner with trusted private regional carriers to ensure prompt delivery. At checkout, you will see the available Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times based on your location.
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days after processing.
- PUDOpoint Pick-Up: A convenient, secure option to pick up your package at a local business near you. Select this option at checkout using your zip code.
8. Is Adult Signature required?
Yes. In accordance with federal law, all orders containing vaping products require Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery. The recipient must show a valid government photo ID. This service incurs an additional €10 fee, which will be shown at checkout.
- We cannot ship to PO boxes, military bases, or addresses where an adult signature cannot be obtained.
9. What if I’m not home to sign for the package?
For convenience, we recommend shipping to a business address where someone is available during the day. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, packages are returned to us. We may reship your order (fees may apply) or issue a refund once the return is processed.
10. What should I do if my tracking hasn’t updated or my package is late?
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. Please check the link in your tracking email directly.
- Delivery dates are estimates only. Please allow up to 2 business days past the estimated date before contacting us for a delayed package.
- Factors like weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses can affect delivery.
11. My tracking says “Delivered,” but I don’t have my package. What now?
First, check with neighbors, household members, or your apartment leasing office. If you still cannot locate it, contact our support team for assistance. VapeYoo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
12. What if my package arrives damaged or is missing items?
You must notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery. Reports filed after this window may not qualify for a claim.
13. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for new and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Contact us via email or our Contact Form to initiate a return and receive a return shipping label.
- Return shipping fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- We do not process direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item.
14. What does your warranty cover?
- Pod Systems & Mods: Come with a 30-day warranty from the delivery date for internal component defects (e.g., dead on arrival, auto-firing). It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, leaking, or external parts. You may choose a one-time replacement or refund.
- Disposable Vapes: Warranties are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us immediately with details (purchase date, issue, quantity). If determined to be defective (DOA, auto-firing, major leak on arrival), we will issue a refund. Flavor preference and puff count are not covered.
- Items NOT Covered by Warranty: Replacement coils, pods, glass, tanks/atomizers, drip tips, and e-juices.
15. What is the warranty process?
- Keep all defective items. Do not discard them.
- Contact our support team immediately to explain the issue.
- We may request photos, videos, or ask you to send the item back for inspection.
- Once approved, we will process your replacement or refund.
16. What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, a refused signature, or being undeliverable, we are not obligated to reship for free.
- A refund will be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
- A €18 restocking fee may apply if returned due to a failed adult signature.
- Reshipping is at our sole discretion and may incur additional fees.
17. What is your policy on lost packages?
VapeYoo is not responsible for packages lost or undelivered once in the possession of the shipping carrier. You must resolve the issue directly with the carrier. We recommend filing a claim with your local post office first, then contacting our support team for further assistance. We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered.”
